Accounts Executive - Shipping

Accounts Executive - Shipping responsible for overseeing financial activities, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. Manage financial transactions and vessel disbursements, ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data, and collaborate with internal teams to support financial goals. Stay updated on accounting principles and regulations, manage projects, billing and cost analysis, and meet deadlines and KPIs under supervision. Shipping agency experience and a financial background are preferred; requires 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance and ACCA or related degree, with proficiency in accounting software and MS Office. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and in a team, attention to detail in financial reporting, knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards, overseas experience, and people management skills; capable of working on deadlines.
