Job Summary
Role focused on developing sales of core and strategic products in medical device portfolio across accounts primarily in Puebla, Veracruz, Oaxaca, Tabasco, Chiapas, Mérida. Responsibilities include generating demand, engaging with Health Care Professionals, coordinating with marketing for strategic events, identifying growth opportunities by account/physician, reporting in Salesforce, increasing average ticket, ensuring end-to-end sales cycle, collaborating cross-functionally, and attending procedures. Requires healthcare or business degree, English (B2 or higher), analytical skills, attention to detail, ability to attend procedures, teamwork, and proficiency in MS Office; Field-based role located in Mérida with Mexico Territory.
Required Qualifications
- Professional degree in a healthcare area or Business career.
- Flawless execution to gain market and manage objections
- English fluency B2 or higher.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in work.
- Availability to attend procedures
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customers
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint.
- End-to-end accountability is required
- Located in Mérida
