Accounts Executive

Job Summary
Accounts Executive responsible for managing AP/AR and general accounting duties, including processing vendor invoices and supplier reconciliations, generating customer invoices and monitoring collections, maintaining AP/AR aging, recording transactions and journal entries, bank and credit card reconciliations, assisting with month-end/year-end close, maintaining the general ledger and supporting schedules, preparing financial reports and reconciliations, and supporting the Finance Manager in day-to-day finance operations. Requires 1–2 years of accounting experience, a relevant bachelor's degree, hands-on experience with accounting software (notably QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, Sage, ERP systems), and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, along with detail-oriented, analytical, and confidential work practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/B.Com/BBA (Finance) or equivalent
- Minimum 1–2 years of accounting experience
- Experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger accounting
- Hands-on experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, Sage, ERP systems, or similar)
- QuickBooks Online experience is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
