Job Summary
Accounts Executive to support day-to-day accounting operations within a hospitality-focused Finance team. Responsibilities include posting invoices and processing payments accurately and on time, handling bank transfers and petty cash, managing third-party rental invoicing, maintaining accurate accounting records and reconciliations, supporting general ledger preparation and resolving discrepancies, liaising with debtors, creditors, vendors, and internal stakeholders, assisting with financial reporting and year-end audits, ensuring compliance with company financial policies, and supporting day-to-day accounting and ad-hoc finance duties.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum A-Level qualification in Accountancy or a recognised diploma in a related field
- 2–3 years’ experience in an accounting or finance role
- Hospitality industry experience will be considered an asset
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of local tax and regulatory requirements
