Job Summary
Issue invoices and credit notes for the Department accurately and on time. Answer customer, affiliate, and inter-company queries while coordinating with related departments to ensure timely and precise billing. Complete ad-hoc billing tasks assigned by the manager. This role supports Brink's global cash and valuables management operations, serving financial institutions, retailers, and government agencies across 52 countries. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of Cargowise are advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- DSE / Form 5 graduated
- knowledge in billing operations
- Good command in English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
