Accounts & Audit Senior

Support a varied portfolio of clients, predominantly owner-managed businesses, by reviewing year-end accounts and preparing complex sets. Lead audits from planning through completion, host pre-audit and post-audit meetings, and provide accountancy and taxation advice. Assist in managing a team of qualified accountants, mentor colleagues on work delivery, and develop the team's skillset through training plans. Contribute to firm growth by retaining existing clients and building relationships with prospective clients. This role involves circa 20% audit work across businesses with turnovers ranging from £10m to £50m.
