Job Summary
Accounts Administrator for ANZ Finance on a 7-month fixed-term contract. Responsible for general administration supporting CHC sales/marketing and G&A teams, raising non-inventory POs in SAP, creating purchase requisitions, document storage, data integrity analysis and cleansing, ensuring invoices match POs and payments are timely, maintaining supplier contracts and assessments, and broader procurement-related tasks. Key duties include PO maintenance and tracking, month-end open PO reporting and accruals, SAP/FIORI user authorisations updates, training new requisitioners, and providing end-user training. Requires experience with ERP/purchasing systems (SAP preferred), strong Excel skills, and familiarity with procurement processes in a pharmaceutical/FMCG context.
