Job Summary
Proactively approach prospects and intermediaries to independently expand the client portfolio through acquisition and relationship management. Advise existing and potential customers on their financing needs, specifically translating requirements for home mortgages and rental property financing into tailored solutions. Draft credit proposals for mortgages and support reviews of current office financing. Represent Handelsbanken in client meetings and events while maintaining accurate records of client agreements and information. Actively signal cross-selling opportunities for credit funds and wealth management. This role is part of the Roermond office team of eight, fostering an open and informal atmosphere focused on high customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Woonachtig in of nabij het werkgebied
- Ervaring (2-7 jaar) met het financieren van de eigen woning (en evt. verhuurd vastgoed) binnen een bancaire of intermediaireomgeving
- Ervaring met en kennis van dienstverlening via het intermediair
- In het bezit van de benodigde WFT-diploma's (Basis, Hypothecair Krediet, Vermogen)
- Kredietkennis en ervaring in het schrijven van kredietvoorstellen/reviews of bereid deze op korte termijn je eigen te maken
- Communicatief vaardig waardoor je in staat bent om je professioneel en deskundig uit te drukken naar collega's en klanten zowel mondeling als schriftelijk in het Nederlands (en evt. in het Engels)
- Commercieel gedreven, proactief en resultaatgericht
Desired Qualifications
- Ervaring in het samenwerken met intermediairs
- In staat nieuwe samenwerkingsverbanden met intermediairs op te starten
