Accountmanager CHVAC - RLC

Account Manager for CHVAC - RLC leading a proactive sales role in HVAC/refrigeration/building automation environments. Responsible for pursuing quick-turn repair opportunities, expanding territory through service offerings, coordinating with service management to book work, and developing long-term customer relationships using consultative sales methods. Build and manage Account/Territory plans with annual sales and gross margin targets, leverage CRM and estimating tools, maintain a healthy sales pipeline from qualification to booking, and execute customer campaigns in collaboration with Product and Marketing teams. Requires strong communication, self-motivation, and ability to operate in a collaborative, team-oriented setting; comfortable in a technical environment and proficient in time management and negotiation to deliver value to customers.
