Job Summary
Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, municipalities, care organizations, and stakeholders to identify market opportunities and drive organizational growth. Translate client needs into appropriate service offerings while building a sustainable network alongside the executive board and managers of affiliated foundations. Stay informed on market developments and coordinate with management teams to ensure alignment across the social collective. Requires 36 weekly hours, a one-year contract with potential extension, and a salary range of €3,935 to €7,017 based on the Social Work CAO scale.
Required Qualifications
- Een relevant netwerk, of weet dit in korte tijd op te bouwen, binnen zorg & welzijn en overheid
- Resultaatgerichtheid en commercieel inzicht
- Een verbindend karakter
- Ervaring met gemeentelijke aanbestedingen
- Een afgeronde HBO(+) of WO-opleiding, zoals bijv. Commerciële Economie, Marketing of BMG
- Minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring als zorgverkoper of in een soortgelijke rol waarin ervaring is opgedaan met relatiebeheer, aanbestedingen en (financiële) processen in het kader van contractering
- Kennis van de sociale kaart van Rotterdam en de regio Rijnmond
