Job Summary

Process day-to-day Accounts Payable transactions by reviewing invoices for accuracy, coding expenses, and preparing weekly check runs and wire transfers. Enter financial data into the district's system, maintain vendor records, and issue annual 1099 forms while assisting with bank reconciliations and cash transfers. Provide customer service to staff and vendors, ensuring all financial records remain accurate and compliant with district policies. This year-round position supports either Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable functions under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent as required by Oregon Administrative Rules, Oregon Department of Education and minimum of two years of directly related experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, economics or statistics
