Job Summary
Communicate with clients via email, phone, and GoToMeeting to implement and transition them to financial software systems. Reconcile brokerage statements within the general ledger accounting software and troubleshoot issues including bugs, user errors, and hardware conflicts. Collaborate with the Accounting and Development teams to develop proper procedures, submit bug reports, and coordinate software deployments while answering billing questions. Maintain and administer computer networks, hardware, and systems software. Requires a college degree in Accounting, Finance, or Systems Development; familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Excel; and strong telephone communication skills. U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents only; no sponsorship available.
Required Qualifications
- A college degree with an Accounting, Finance or Systems Development major
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows 7 / 8 / 10
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work in a small company environment with minimal supervision
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team and manage multiple tasks/projects concurrently
- Good communication skills, especially on the telephone
