Job Summary
Lead the delivery of bookkeeping and financial reporting across a portfolio of entities, preparing and reviewing management accounts, payroll, reconciliations, and month-end reporting. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day queries and building strong relationships while reviewing team work to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery. Support and develop junior team members by driving consistent processes and best practice in a growing organization. This role combines hands-on finance responsibilities with leadership and greater client exposure for an experienced bookkeeping professional or part-qualified accountant. Required Qualifications
- Accounting Technician (ATI/AAT), part-qualified ACA, ACCA, CPA or CIMA, or qualified by experience
- Strong bookkeeping experience, including management accounts, payroll, VAT, and month-end processes
- Previous supervisory experience, or the ambition and capability to step into a team leadership role
- Experience using accounting software such as Xero, Sage, or QuickBooks
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
