Job Summary
Roll out the Aspire Global Template to APAC countries for Taxes and Tax Localization, translating local business requirements into IT solutions and managing specifications throughout the full deployment lifecycle. Design localization extensions for the global template, support SAP S/4/HANA template deployment, and deliver solutions including processes, ICFR, authorizations, laws, regulations, technology, and analytics. Collaborate with stakeholders from Finance, Commercials, Demand-to-Pay, Supply Chain, and IT to ensure fit-for-purpose solutions and drive continuous improvements in line with E2E BPM strategy. Monitor and optimize business processes for efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring parallel deployments and work packages remain on track. Actively pursue implementation of the E2E BPM strategy and support business acceptance globally across divisions. The position involves up to 25% travel.
Required Qualifications
- A business or finance degree
- 4-5 years of relevant work experience
- An SAP FI specialist
- Solid experience in business process management
- Solid experience in SAP ERP
- Solid experience in S/4Hana
- Solid experience in IT
- Solid experience in ERP transformation programs
- Extensive experience with SAP Tax solutions
- Experience covering Indirect Taxes
- Experience covering Withholding Taxes
- Experience covering Corporate Income Taxes
- Deep knowledge of SAP S/4Hana tax solutions
- Knowledge of SAP country versions
- Knowledge of SAP Document and Reporting Compliance
- Experience in implementation of SAP systems, particularly S4 Finance
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- History of leading change initiatives
- History of effective decision-making
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Excellent presentation skills in English
- Excellent influencing skills in English
- Ability to work effectively in complex global networks
- Must be able to travel up to max. 25%
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with other SAP Tax solutions like Sovos add-on for tax code determination
