Accounting Supervisor

Accounting Supervisor responsible for supervising day-to-day accounting activities, general ledger entries, reporting, product costing, performance analysis budgeting and forecasting to ensure accurate reporting and financial statements. Oversees weekly manufacturing/conversion cost analysis and monthly closing, mentors staff, and collaborates with Complex Finance Manager on the annual operating plan for Plant operations. Requires strong communication, leadership, and initiative; proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting systems (e.g., Adage, M-Tech) and ability to work non-standard shifts.
