Job Summary
Manage monthly close activities including journal entries, revenue deferrals, reconciliations, and reporting while ensuring compliance with US GAAP policies. Lead a team of three by dividing audit documentation tasks to support the external audit cycle with PWC and other auditors. Identify operational improvement opportunities to enhance controls and efficiencies. Requires a Bachelor's degree in accountancy, 2-3 years of people management experience, and strong Excel proficiency. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accountancy, or related field (finance, business)
- At least 2-3 years of people management experience
- Organised individual with an ambition to provide quality audit documentation
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrates personal accountability for decisions and actions
- Challenges the status quo and proactively seeks new insights and solutions to strengthen performance
