Accounting Supervisor

Job Summary
Compile divisional financial statements, operations analysis, and reporting on monthly, quarterly, and annual bases. Supervise payroll, benefits, and employee onboarding while reviewing and reconciling payroll to the general ledger. During production, participate in physical inventory counts and audits of finished goods, work-in-process, and scrap inventories. Validate division-wide compliance with policies and enhance accounting procedures. Continuously challenge and innovate the established close process and day-to-day operations. Requires a Certified Public Accountant in active status with four years of relevant experience.
