Job Summary
Lead and supervise accounting activities for a 12‐month temporary role in Cornwall, including overseeing accounts payable, month‐end/year‐end analyses, cash receipts, and other financial processes; drive internal controls and data integrity; act as the SAP Controlling (CO) lead, including security/profile changes, testing, and user guidance; require strong communication in French and English to coordinate with teams in Québec and Ontario; offer a hybrid work arrangement and strong benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Accounting
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in cost accounting, sales tax, and excise tax
- One (1) to three (3) years of supervisory or coaching experience
- Knowledge of GST/QST/HST, internal controls, accounting procedures, industry rules, standards, and best practices
- Proficient in French, verbally and in writing, and fluent in English
- Knowledge of MS Office, SAP
