Directly supervise the accountant and accounting clerks, plan and manage the department's administrative and financial activities, develop and monitor the departmental budget, implement policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with government directives; requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, at least three years of related experience with supervisory exposure, strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s license.
