Accounting Supervisor (Healthcare)

Supervisor with a focus on Healthcare-related clients leading and developing staff, coordinating engagements, and delivering high-quality financial services. Responsibilities include 50% supervision/leadership—assigning work, staff training, conducting staff reviews, and leading projects; 40% client work—leading audits, reviews, returns, and compilations, evaluating internal controls, reviewing financial statements and tax returns, preparing for and leading client meetings, and assisting with monthly billings; 10% professional development—mentoring interns and staff, pursuing career development, and participating in external learning opportunities. Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field with at least 3 years of public accounting experience; CPA or EA certification preferred. Role based in Wisconsin with on-site locations in Brookfield or Madison; the position is full-time and expects approximately 55 hours per week during busy season and 40-45 hours per week in non-busy season.
