Job Summary
Accounting Supervisor responsible for supervising AP activities (invoice processing, approvals, accruals, three-way matching), bank reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close across a multi-entity environment. Oversees AP/AR workflows, supports inventory-related accounting, and coordinates with ERP systems (Sage, Dynamics/Navision or similar). Partners with Controller to drive process improvements, strengthen controls, and support cross-functional communication with operations and plant teams. Hands-on, solutions-oriented role with potential for broader leadership responsibilities; onsite in Santa Ana, CA.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounting and accounts payable experience required
- Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred
- Experience within manufacturing or inventory-based environments highly preferred
- Experience working with ERP systems such as Sage, Dynamics/Navision, or similar platforms preferred
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
