Job Summary
Support the GMPD segment by performing and supervising accounting activities including the monthly billbacks accrual (SOX control), monthly close, and preparation of reconciliation/trending files presented to Finance leadership. Manage AR and GTN dashboards, prepare quarterly SEC packs and other key reconciliations (AP Vendor Rebates, Retained Earnings, Goodwill, LT Debt, leases and investments). Collaborate with Finance on billback accrual drivers, controls, audits, and monthly steering committee materials; attend monthly steering committee meetings. Lead and coordinate with the accounting team to ensure accuracy of financial records and compliance with accounting standards; provide audit support and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years accounting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
