Accounting Specialist (RF)

Conduct daily bank and vendor reconciliations, investigating discrepancies and troubleshooting unclear transactions from job management systems. Manage documentation and receipt capture by retrieving auto-drafted receipts from vendor portals and attaching them to Xero. Process vendor communications, including drafting payment summaries and managing credit applications for new trade accounts. Handle month-end journal entries for recurring items such as insurance and payroll accruals. Provide growing phone support for suppliers like Home Depot and Lowe's when field crews purchase materials. Build out standard operating procedures for the accounting department from the ground up.
