Job Summary
Process checks and ACH for bill payments, find and assign invoices in Workday, and apply or adjust purchase orders to invoices. Post items to Accounts, reconcile bank accounts, and compile monthly closing information or segments of annual reports when requested. Research and correct posting errors, place stops and voids, and prepare statistics and reports. Ensure compliance with third-party vendors, Northwest policies, and Federal/State regulations while navigating Microsoft Office and department-specific software. Complete other duties and special projects as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree Or equivalent
- 2 - 3 years Customer Service experience
- 2 - 3 years Administrative experience
- Knowledge of accounting systems
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of AFRM system and able to import EIB templates
- Ability to establish effective working relationships among team members and participate in solving problems and making decisions
- Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to the audience, whether oral or written
- Ability to actively listen to what others are saying to achieve understanding, sharing information with others and facilitating the open exchange of ideas and information
- Ability to establish courses of action for self to accomplish specific goals, develop and use tracking systems for monitoring own work progress, and effectively use resources such as time and information
- Ability to make right decisions based on perceptive and analytical processes, practicing good judgment in gray areas
- Excellent customer service skills
