Job Summary
Accounting Specialist to analyze financial information, maintain accurate records of incoming/outgoing payments, enter financial data, reconcile bank statements, prepare financial reports, manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, and assist in developing accounting policies. Requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field and 4+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience; proficient in GAAP, Excel, Netsuite, and basic accounting systems; strong mathematical, analytical, and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
- 4+ years experience as an accountant, bookkeeper, or similar position
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
- Good with spreadsheets, experienced in Microsoft Excel,, netsuite and basic accounting systems
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
