Job Summary
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under HGB and US GAAP, manage the subsidiary ledger, and coordinate special case resolutions. Perform account reconciliations, analyze specific accounts such as sales accruals and provisions, and oversee intercompany reconciliations for group reporting. Execute defined control procedures within the receivables area and support internal and external audits. Independently post routine daily transactions. This fixed-term two-year role requires a reliable accounting specialist with strong HGB knowledge and ERP experience to support specific entities within Magna Powertrain.
Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. als Industriekaufmann/-frau oder Steuerfachangestellte/r
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Finanz- oder Rechnungswesen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Rechnungslegung nach HGB
- Sehr sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
- Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP, Navision)
- Hohe Zuverlässigkeit sowie ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und eine strukturierte, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
- Selbstständige, ziel- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Diskretion und Integrität im Umgang mit sensiblen Finanzdaten
Desired Qualifications
- Idealerweise eine Zusatzqualifikation als geprüfter Bilanzbuchhalter (IHK) oder eine vergleichbare Weiterbildung
- Kenntnisse in US GAAP
