Job Summary
As Accounting Specialist at Kantar, you will be part of a dynamic Finance function delivering operational finance services. You will assist with month-end and year-end close processes, balance sheet reconciliations, journals, and related schedules; prepare monthly financial statements for the consolidation tool; coordinate month-end and quarter-end reporting; and maintain relationships with customer and third-party delivery partner teams to ensure responsiveness and resolve performance issues. The role supports auditing preparations, requires proficiency in English, and involves collaborating across geographic time zones. Hybrid working arrangement with two to three days in an office in Porto, Portugal.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an accountant
- Experience in producing year-end accounts and preparation for audit
- Proficient English speaker (read/write)
- Ability to work in a changing and flexible organization
- Willingness to work flexibly across geographic time zones during peak periods such as period end
