Job Summary
Oversee accounts receivable by processing billing adjustments, resolving unallocated monies and credit balances, and providing closure on business inquiries through multiple channels. Set up new customers, verify invoice accuracy against the Order Entry system, and manage requisitions, disbursements, and journals while identifying and reporting system defects. Handle escalated issues and implement customized solutions for independent closure of complex accounts. Requires minimum one year of accounting experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and knowledge of industry compliance. Starting pay is $21.11-$28.12 with eligibility for an incentive program, full health coverage, 401(K) matching, and pension benefits.
Required Qualifications
- minimum 1 year experience in bookkeeping, accounts receivables/payables, or related accounting experience
- Knowledge of accounting and receivables principles and complexities as related to all markets and the systems that support them
- Knowledge of relevant industry compliance and accounting best practices
- Demonstrate team leadership and accounting process training abilities
- Intermediate knowledge on all Microsoft Office software products
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Expert knowledge of company internal accounting systems
