Job Summary
Create and send client invoices, post journal entries to general ledgers, reconcile accounts, monitor accruals, and manage accounts payable/receivable. Maintain internal software systems, generate routine reports for managerial review, respond to client billing inquiries, and support special projects. Requires proficiency with Excel and MS Office, experience with ERP systems, and strong attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or related field
- Two or more years’ experience working with bank reconciliation, posting accounting entries in a financial ERP system
- Experience working directly with clients, invoicing, accounts payable, and receivables
- Knowledge of accounting and reconciliation principles; tax-related experience is a plus
- 2 years’ experience as an accountant, experience with posting journal entries, invoicing and account reconciliation experience
