Accounting Specialist (Full Time)

Job Summary
Accounting Specialist to process store payroll weekly, write weekly schedules for accounting associates, manage office supplies, balance cash office operations (register audits, deposits, security procedures), verify product deliveries/receipts, reconcile vendor invoices, assist guests with questions and SCRIP purchases, administer attendance policy, generate reports, interview/hire/train accounting/receiving associates, and provide leadership to direct reports while ensuring operational integrity and adherence to Busch’s policies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 2 years office experience
- Certification for Hi Lo/Powered Pallet Jack desired
- Proficient management and leadership skills
- Proficient organization and planning skills
- Proficient communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient computer skills in Excel, Word and email
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
