Accounting Specialist (Full Time)

Process store payroll weekly, write weekly schedules for accounting associates, and manage office supplies. Ensure accurate counts of office media, execute all cash office functions including register audits, bank deposits, and lane accountability, and reconcile vendor invoices. Track and maintain lane accountability, inventory lottery tickets and change, and verify product deliveries and returns. Interview and hire accounting or receiving associates, administer attendance policy, and train direct reports. Generate reports, assess department talent for performance evaluations, and contribute to organizational effectiveness by offering suggestions. Adhere to all Busch's policies and procedures while maintaining operational integrity.
