Job Summary
Prepare and submit AR, Time & Material, job, and supplemental invoicing to Avangrid using Salesforce and NetSuite. Maintain customer billing details and contact information while ensuring accurate and timely billing of electrical maintenance contracts. Process incoming payments and verify receipts to secure revenue, reporting to the Chief Financial Officer. Perform weekly billing for completed time and material projects. Requires 2+ years of accounting experience, an associate degree preferred, and proficiency in MS Word/Excel.
Required Qualifications
- 2 + years' experience in accounting or a field related to accounting and customer service
- Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal) with a high level of attention to detail and professionalism
- Computer literate preferably in MS Word/Excel
Desired Qualifications
- Associates degree preferred
