Accounting Specialist

Accounting Specialist responsible for AR, invoicing, payments, and job costing support within the Accounting Department at the Davenport office. Key duties include preparing owner billings, entering and tracking invoices, recording payments, maintaining receivable records, generating reconciliation reports, monitoring past due receivables, ensuring proper lien documentation from vendors, providing owners with necessary documentation for payment compliance, and supporting accounts payable as needed. Requires an Associate’s degree with 1-2 years of related experience; construction industry experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong organizational, communication, and data-analysis skills. May work independently with guidance from management and travel occasionally; in-person at Davenport, IA.
