Job Summary
Accounting Specialist to support Controller and property management accounting operations; responsibilities include posting rent, A/P, journal entries and GL activity, processing invoices and payments, balance accounts, assisting with month-end close, generating monthly financial reports for properties, reviewing financials for accuracy and budget variances, coordinating with property managers on invoices and approvals, and maintaining property management records. Requires Yardi, Excel/Word/Outlook/Teams, 3–5 years accounting experience (property management accounting a plus), and strong attention to detail with professional communication and reliability.
Required Qualifications
