Job Summary
Accounting Software Solutions Specialist role focused on delivering accounting software solutions to clients and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities include reviewing client reports after migrations to ensure data integrity and identifying discrepancies, communicating issues to CAS Leader for resolution planning, managing IssueTrak tickets, performing routine system administration for QBO users, troubleshooting multi-company configurations within a single QBO instance, and documenting findings and improvements to support consistency across engagements. Emphasis on translating business needs into effective software solutions, continuous product knowledge growth in accounting software solutions, and collaboration across engagements to drive successful outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, accounting information systems, or relevant, hands-on accounting system implementation experience
- Current experience and technology skills using QuickBooks Online
- QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor Certificate
- Proficient with using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Software: Other accounting software exposure (Fishbowl, Sage Intacct, Plex, etc.)
