Job Summary
Post incoming invoices with local GAAP and IFRS compliance, create and post intercompany invoices, and execute payment runs while booking banks. Control the invoice approver workflow for compliance, support month-end closing, and maintain open debtor items. Process feedback from customers, check employee travel expense reports against legal requirements, and archive general accounting correspondence. Requires proficiency in MS Office, accounting software like Microsoft Dynamics 365, and strong German and English skills. Located in Hamburg, Berlin, or Barcelona with flexible working arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant professional experience in accounting
- Completed commercial education, a comparable qualification, or relevant professional experience
- Proficiency in MS Office and modern IT systems
- Experience with accounting software, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Navision, Business Central)
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
