Job Summary
Accounting Services Manager to oversee the Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting engagement work plans within Grassi’s Client Accounting Services team. Lead client accounting operations for multiple engagements, act as primary client contact, research complex accounting topics, review monetary disbursements and reconciliations, maintain books for individuals and entities, oversee month-end close and year-end processes, mentor and develop staff, coordinate multiple client engagements, and identify process improvements. Strong analytical, client-relations, and leadership skills are required, with proficiency in accounting systems (Excel, QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, Expensify; ProSystem fx Engagement a plus).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in public accounting, family office services, or high-net-worth client accounting support
