Job Summary
Professional accounting work involving independent application of a variety of accounting skills used for auditing and processing contractual invoices in the Financial Support Services – Contracts Disbursement Unit. Maintains payment logs in excel and monitors disbursements against contract invoices to balance, audits vendor invoices and employee reimbursements for accuracy and compliance, uses the Florida Accounting Information Resource (FLAIR) to process contractual payments, communicates results to requestors, coordinates with contract managers to resolve discrepancies, assists with Expanded Audits of Payments (EAPs), maintains organized files for audit and records retention, and can train others on proper invoice submission.
Required Qualifications
- Three years or more of professional accounting experience which must have included experience in computer accounting systems.
