Accounting Representative, Team Travel

Accounting Representative, Team Travel responsible for supporting club team travel and accounting, serving as the ABI approver for A/B/BB coaches; opens and oversees checking accounts for travel teams, monitors travel reimbursements, ensures compliance with club travel policy, assists with team managers’ account management, performs data entry in QuickBooks, reconciles monthly team bank accounts, provides ad hoc team analytics (revenue/expenses), uploads schedules, and monitors time punches; requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel, experience with general ledger/QuickBooks, strong attention to detail and integrity, ability to work independently or in a team, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and some holidays; on-site in Irvine, CA; Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent; Experience: 2+ years.
