Job Summary
Accounting Representative, Team Travel will support club team travel and club team accounting, and serve as the ABI approver for coaches. Responsibilities include opening checking accounts for travel teams, monitoring travel reimbursements, ensuring adherence to travel policy, assisting managers with team accounts, performing data entry into QuickBooks, reconciling monthly bank accounts, and providing ad hoc analyses by teams. The role requires strong Excel and Office skills, experience with general ledger or accounting software (QuickBooks), good data integrity, and the ability to work independently as part of a team with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays. Based in Irvine, CA and on-site.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2+ Years Experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong Excel knowledge
- Experience with QuickBooks
- General ledger understanding
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays
