Process all collection payments daily and post accurate entries into Collect One from various sources. Comply with Federal and State laws regulating debt collection while properly identifying, desk, and documenting problem payments pending resolution. Scan deposits into the Wells Fargo system and update information in the Accounting Shared Drive. Manage receipt, sorting, and distribution of daily mail and correspondence to corresponding departments. Complete assigned tasks with minimal assistance in a professional manner and provide administrative support as needed.
