Accounting Representative

Process accounts payable, vendor payments, and reconcile vendor statements for assigned business units. Ensure all vendor invoices are coded to correct GL accounts and handle vendor inquiries efficiently. Process payroll, apply cash receipts, and prepare daily cash reports. Assist with accounts receivable collections and complete filing in a timely manner. Communicate with the executive team and account managers regarding payment for services rendered. Requires 1-3 years in accounting and proficiency with general ledger systems.
