Job Summary
Lead planning and execution of complex accounting projects. Delegate tasks to team members based on expertise and time constraints, under the Director’s approval. Ensure project completion on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency. Oversee task outlines, address questions and concerns, and provide ongoing guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Key skills include strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal and organizational abilities, time management, analytical and problem-solving capabilities, supervisory and leadership experience, effective delegation, and quick aptitude to learn project specifics. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel skills is required. A clean criminal and financial background is required. Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting; 3+ years related experience; CPA desirable. Public accounting experience, preferably in income tax, is desirable. Physical requirement includes prolonged desk work and occasional lifting up to 15 pounds.
