Job Summary
Process full-cycle payroll for W-2 employees and 1099 contractors using QuickBooks, preparing and filing quarterly and annual IRS tax forms. Maintain financial records, generate P&L statements and expense summaries, and reconcile accounts while ensuring data accuracy. Liaise with US management and HR on payroll inquiries and support year-end closing processes, keeping all employee files and archives organized per federal and state requirements. This full-time, in-office role in Kent, WA requires a QuickBooks proficient user with 1–2 years of accounting experience, offering health insurance, 401k, and PTO.
Required Qualifications

- Understanding of quarterly and annual IRS reporting requirements
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
- strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and ability to meet strict deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in accounting or payroll
- Proven QuickBooks experience
- Experience with W-2 and 1099 payroll, IRS reporting, and general financial reporting
