Job Summary
Accounting Operations Specialist to join the RtR Accounting Operations Team in the Global Business Services Organisation. Responsibilities include preparing accounting journal entries for monthly close (inventory, accruals & payroll), managing construction in progress, performing balance sheet reconciliations for high risk general ledger accounts, providing general ledger coding to PtP and Intercompany colleagues, assisting with reporting to Corporate via Hyperion, supporting auditors and various groups, maintaining documentation of policies, procedures and controls to ensure Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and handling government/statutory returns. Requires attention to detail, ability to follow detailed procedures, and strong communication. Qualifications include at least 2 years in RtR Operational Accounting, English fluency, and MS Excel proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in RtR Operational Accounting Analyst role, or equivalent
- Accuracy in performing all aspects of the role
- Ability to work well under time constraints
- Fluent in English
- Computer literacy, including MS Excel
