Accounting Operations Projects Coordinator
On-site · Tallinn, Harjumaa, Estonia
Job Summary
Accounting Operations Projects Coordinator located in Tallinn will own the day-to-day delivery coordination for multiple parallel AP/AR/Payments improvement initiatives within Wise's Accounting Operations teams. You will be the main point of contact for implementation partners, bring structure and delivery hygiene (scope, timelines, dependencies, decision logs, risks/blockers), translate operational needs into clear requirements and workable process designs (SOPs, process maps, RACIs, checklists), manage UAT and adoption (test approach, evidence, sign-offs, go/no-go readiness) and support training, rollout, and hypercare. You will help ensure changes are workable, controlled, and adopted, maintain audit-ready documentation, and define and track KPIs. You will collaborate with AP/AR/Payments teams, product/engineering/systems teams, and process/control owners to embed practical, right-first-time controls, support backlog prioritisation decisions, and document operational processes for scalable delivery. The role requires at least 2 years in Accounting Operations/project coordination, strong project-management fundamentals, and excellent written communication, with comfort using spreadsheets for prioritisation, tracking, and impact measurement. You will be based in Wise's Tallinn office with right to work in Estonia (no relocation/visa support offered). This is a mid-senior level position focused on coordinating end-to-end project delivery, process standardisation, and operational risk controls within Accounting Operations.
