Accounting Operations Manager

Oversee client fulfillment across Bookkeeping, Tax, and Strategy departments by directly managing leads, handling hiring/firing decisions, and resolving cross-department bottlenecks before they reach the COO. Conduct regular check-ins with department leads to review KPIs, capacity, and client health, while managing staffing, workflow, and tooling changes. Review quality across QuickBooks Online bookkeeping, Drake tax prep, and strategy implementation, and own department-level KPIs reported to the COO. Support oversight of tax strategy implementation and partner on transitioning new-client enrollment meetings to the SAR team.
