Job Summary
Finance Operations & Payroll Manager will own end-to-end global payroll processing for accuracy and compliance (including management of new hires, terminations, bonuses, and other variable compensation), payroll reconciliations and audit support, end-to-end business travel and expense operations, accounts payable and accounts receivable oversight, month-end close across payroll, AP, and AR, and cross-functional partnership with People and Finance to improve automation and system efficiency across all owned functions. The role requires 6-8 years of progressive payroll experience with full ownership of U.S. payroll, strong multi-state payroll experience, deep payroll compliance knowledge, and the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-growing startup environment.
Required Qualifications
- 6-8 years of progressive payroll experience with full ownership of U.S. payroll
- strong experience managing multi-state U.S. payroll in a high-growth environment
- deep knowledge of payroll compliance, tax regulations, and reporting requirements
- experience collaborating with HR/People and Finance teams
