Job Summary
Entry-level Accounting Operations Analyst role supporting AP, AR, Deductions Management, and General Accounting across rotations. Responsibilities include performing journal entries and close-related tasks, reconciling account balances, addressing accounts receivable issues, resolving customer deductions with documentation, processing vendor invoices, and collaborating cross-functionally to understand departmental impact. Requires Proficient MS Office/Excel skills, strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and effective communication in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications
- B.S. Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
- 1-3 years of accounting experience
