Job Summary
Accounting & Office Assistant responsible for cash applications, collections support, account maintenance, customer service, administrative support, and month-end credit department processes. The role is based in Hopkins, MN, is full-time and non-exempt, reports to the Credit Manager, and is a 1st shift position (8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.). Required capabilities include cash application, handling invoices and credits, maintaining spreadsheets, communicating with CSRs and customers, and supporting month-end activities; proficiency with Excel and Outlook/Teams is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Some college experience is preferred along with general accounting experience.
- Familiarity with cash application processes and great attention to details.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook/Teams.
